Whether you are the owner of a female pelvis seeking a practice to support it's health, a yoga teacher looking to support your students, or a lover of knowledge and yoga looking to support your passions this course is a for you!

We will explore the female pelvis to its deepest layers and learn how to use meditation, breathwork, and movement to not just prevent but even reverse common dysfunctions.

All humans can struggle with pelvic dysfunctions. Unfortunately, the prevalence of these dysfunctions in an afab pelvis tend to be much higher due largely to the need to accommodate for childbirth , but there are many factors. Pelvic dysfunctions might be common but are not inevitable and with this training you will learn

* how to prevent them

* how to support recovery

* we will also explore customizing practices to support the monthly cycle
