Reiki (pronounced: "Ray-Key") is a Japanese healing art that originated thousands of years ago.  It translates into "Rei"=spirit, and "Ki"=life force energy.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that can bring balance and healing on spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental well-being. 

A Reiki session can be scheduled for 15 minutes to 90 minutes.  The client is fully clothed and either lies down on a massage table, or sits in a chair.  The practitioner (Stacey Tratner) will place her hands on, or slightly above, the client's body.  Generally, the client feels a great sense of relaxation.
